It's a simple strap/harness around a curved bottle. The bottle is small and ergonomic. The small size and curvature of the bottle makes holding it on its own easy but the addition of the strap makes it even easier. I just put a thumb or some fingers through it and I barely notice that I'm holding a bottle. The pocket is too small to hold much except a credit card, a key, an ID, or some cash. If you want a small amount of water in a bottle that's simple and secure to hold with a tiny bit of storage then you should like this product.
