The scissors are sharp, light, and the blades move well against each other with no gaps or catches. Overall, they are smaller than I thought, and my hands are not too big, so please consider this when buying them for someone who has big hands. Also I noticed that they do a far better job with dry hair than wet hair, so please consider this also. I like cutting hair when it is wet,and I did not get the expected results with the shears I just received. In general, they are a lot better that what I have, but my expectations were higher.
